Dr. Truong graduated in 1991 from University of California, Davis with a bachelor degree of science. Then he spent 4 years at California College of Podiatric medicine in California, where he obtained a Doctorate degree in Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Truong has been in practice over 20 Years.
